Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in history, art history, arts administration, museum studies, humanities, anthropology, or a related field; OR four (4) years’ full-time paid experience working as an educator in a professional setting
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Resume and cover letter with application detailing education and experience
Preferences:
- At least one (1) year of full-time paid experience working in a professional museum education position
- At least one (1) year of experience supervising employees, volunteers, or leading teams or projects

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily museum operations at the Grove, including light housekeeping, giving guided tours and monitoring and evaluating the work of OPS Museum Educators, leading or supporting programs, and event planning, day-of logistics, and set-up and break-down.
- Develop, lead, and evaluate educational programs, including the internship program.
- Manage the Grove Museum’s calendar and general email inbox, book group tours, including school tours, maintain all related records, and produce all statistical reports required by the Division.
- Create content for social media, websites, and other printed and digital materials.
