Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience can substitute for the college education on a year-for-year basis.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed, with short notice.
Preferences:
- Experience with CCIS, DAVID, FVRS, DOC, BVRSA and Voter Focus.
- Experience investigating or performing legal research of criminal case histories or clemencies, and/or locating and interpreting criminal court documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates all administrative, programmatic, and operational activities of the designated direct reports within the Ineligibility Section to achieve a high-performing work unit.
Applies technical and regulatory knowledge to manage the designated direct reports of this position including the planning and conduct of research, audits, and analytical work.
Reviews the work of subordinates for accuracy, professional judgment, and treatment of unusual or complex problems.
Confers with management on complex studies or recommendations.
Confers with the Operations Manager C on administrative and operational activities and serves as backup in his or her absence.
Interacts with Supervisors of Elections, staff, other agencies, and the general public.
Performs other work-related duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of the methods of compiling and analyzing data.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation standards.
