Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Experience with Data Entry

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examines online submissions of business filings for compliance with statutory and case law filing requirements. Approves the filing or disapproves and identifies the defects and deficiencies. Determines if defects require a rejection of the filing or if corrections can be achieved through supplemental submissions.
• Updating existing business entity email address, principal office/mailing address, manager/officer address, or FEI/EIN submitted electronically to the Division of Corporations.
• Prepping documents for filing and assist in maintaining an inventory of documents received waiting to be processed.
• Receiving and processing payments.
• Performs other work related duties as required.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS: A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment.  If selected for this position, you must provide your fingerprints.  We will send your fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal background check.
