The Work You Will Do:

Central Office Organizational Development Intern, Organizational Development Office

This position will design and build user-friendly SharePoint sites, pages, and resource hubs, while using graphic design software like Adobe Creative Cloud to produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including graphics, email newsletters, flyers, and digital and print brochures. Additionally, the role will develop reusable templates for upcoming trainings, workshops, and meetings. They will also assist with basic event setup, logistics, communications, and branded displays. Finally, the candidate will collect user feedback on organizational development processes and track key engagement metrics, including email opens, site traffic, material downloads, and event attendance.

Your Specific Responsibilities:

  • Design and build user-friendly SharePoint sites, pages, and resource hubs.
  • Use graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud softwares, to create a wide variety of marketing materials, such as graphics, email newsletters, flyers, and digital and print brochures.
  • Develop reusable templates for upcoming trainings, workshops, and meetings, including presentation slides, agendas, and handouts.
  • Assist with basic event setup, such as logistics, communications, and branded displays.

  • Collect user feedback on events, trainings, and other organizational development processes.

 

The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Knowledge of:

  • Graphic and layout design principles.
  • SharePoint site design, resource hub structure, and user-friendly navigation.
  • Event logistics, branded display setup, and training material preparation.
  • Engagement metrics and performance tracking.

 

Skills in:

  • Operating graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Building reusable templates for presentation decks, email banners, and program layouts.

Ability to:

  • Design flyers, brochures, agendas, and presentation slides.
  • Support hands-on execution of event and training logistics, attendee communications, and physical/digital display setup.
  • Monitor, collect, and organize performance metrics (such as user feedback via surveys) to inform future strategies.
  • Analyze user feedback and suggest practical process improvements.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide identification supporting citizenship or authority to work for the duration of program participation.

  • Participants are required to comply with all statutes and rules and the Department’s policies, procedures, regulations, and Code of Ethics.
