This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in Tallahassee, Florida in the Office of Programs & Re-Entry.

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and evaluate administrative policies and procedures, identify potential problems, and recommend exciting solutions to improve operations.
- Detect statewide operational issues in administrative and program policies, and tackle them head-on.
- Investigate and analyze problems presented by administrators, then offer innovative recommendations to resolve them.
- Provide expert guidance and support to administrators and their teams in managing and operating service programs.
- Conduct on-site analysis of operational challenges, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop the best solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must possess a high school diploma or it’s equivalent.
- The person in this position should be a team player that is willing and able to coordinate with many people and groups.
- The person in this position will need to have skills using the Microsoft suite and be comfortable using multiple computer programs.
- This person will also need to have organizational skills and be able to keep track of multiple calendars.
