The Work You Will Do:
Enterprise Infrastructure Supervisor / Integration Services / Enterprise Services
The Enterprise Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a technical team that designs, administers, and supports the department’s core enterprise infrastructure systems. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating operations to ensure system reliability and productivity, and serving as a subject matter expert on infrastructure strategy and enhancements. The supervisor analyzes workflows, implements policy improvements, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues. Additionally, the role includes consulting on system requirements, participating in project planning, and ensuring that infrastructure solutions align with business goals while managing cost and risk.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Supervises, plans, directs, and coordinates the work of the assigned section and staff members. Spends the majority of their time supervising, communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, and planning and directing employees’ work, and has the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline subordinate employees or effectively recommend such action. Leads, manages, and provides technical oversight for the team responsible for the design, administration, and support of the Department’s core enterprise infrastructure systems.
Coordinates and directs the staff activities to ensure continuity of operations, system reliability, and increased productivity across all managed enterprise platforms. Directs the development and documentation of business-aligned infrastructure solutions that support defined operational outcomes and strategic goals. This includes leading and coordinating the design, documentation, and testing of these solutions. Serves as a departmental subject matter expert (SME) or technical resource concerning the operation, enhancement, and strategic direction of the assigned enterprise infrastructure systems.
Analyzes organizational workflow, assigns, and approves work schedules to meet established priorities, project deadlines, and operational goals. Analyzes internal processes, policies, and plans and recommends or implements procedural and policy changes to improve operations, efficiency, and system security. Meets with managers, supervisors, business partners, vendors, and technical staff to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical or operational problems. Develops and implements corrective action plans to restore service or mitigate risk. Assists management with strategic activities, including research relating to information technology strategic objectives, preparation and review of project progress reports, and development of methods and practices documentation
Consults with customers, management, and technical staff to determine and validate system requirements and specifications. Actively participates as a core project work team member on projects involving the assigned infrastructure to ensure designed services maximize benefits while managing cost and risk. Works closely with Technical Staff, Project Managers, and other Subject Matter Experts to translate business system requirements into actionable infrastructure design and supports the development of a strong business case.
