This advertisement is for a OPS position located at Central Office in the Office of Health Services
Salary Rate: $15.00 hourly
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will provide phone coverage handling inquiries from friends and families and providing direction for assistance and/or collecting information from field staff.
- Documentation would be provided to discipline directors to finalize a response.
- Handle mail, office supply inventory, scanning and copying.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, ability to professionally respond to inquiries and research responses utilizing provided reference materials and access to necessary date.
Support of knowledge, skills, and abilities should be demonstrated on the application, in the education, in the work experience, in the work sample, in the interview and/or during reference checks.
