This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in Education Services.

 

Salary: $39,320.81 - $43,138.40 Annual Range

 

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and audit monthly invoices for assigned contracts.  Record and process invoices by reviewing supporting documents. (i.e. checking invoices for accuracy, proper coding, verifying that deliverables are attached and submitting to accounting to ensure vendor payments are processed in a timely manner).
  • Perform data collection and entry.
  • Assist in on-site visits to review and monitor program files for the assigned programs.
  • Provide technical support to the 100-Hour Employability Skills Program.
  • Generate data for reports and create reports using release, budget, and program and other data.
  • Perform quality assurance functions to ensure data is accurate and timely.
  • Assist the Correctional Programs Administrator with coordination of services across regions.
  • Create and track purchase requests in MyFloridaMarketplace/ AOD

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid State of Florida Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of professional work experience.
