JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Forms and Publications Manager - Senior Management Analysist Supervisor - SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Tax Law Administration Process. The incumbent plans, directs, and supervises a consultative team within the General Tax Administration Program, ensuring coordination and efficiency in forms development, promulgation, printing, distribution, and mailing operations, and overseeing contract management, compliance with state procurement laws, and alignment with agency strategic objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience as a supervisor. *
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • * Two years of experience as a lead worker may substitute for one year of experience as a supervisor.

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience with State of Florida contracts.
  • Current Florida Certified Contract Manager.
  • Experience managing inventory.
  • Experience reviewing or editing tax forms, brochures, or webpages.
  • Experience writing, editing, or proofreading letters, publications, procedures, or communications.
  • Experience working with the rate development process of the RT-20.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $6,250.00 monthly/$75,000.00 annually.
