The incumbent in this position must be productive under tight timeframes, balance multiple and competing priorities, and maintain goal-directed behavior and performance sometimes under stressful conditions. The employee must interact courteously with others. The incumbent’s performance and behavior must demonstrate consideration of the workload concerns of others and must not negatively affect productivity and morale of the section. Attendance is an essential function of this position.
The incumbent will ensure coordination and efficiency among administrative, program and operational aspects of service delivery, including collaboration with vocational rehabilitation staff and community partners. This position is responsible for but is not limited to the following:
- Create and process all purchase orders for EPU, BRR & DHHDB
- Participate in conferences and events for EPU, BRR & DHHDB
- Complete all travel authorizations/reimbursement for EPU, BRR & DHHDB
- Abilities Works Helpdesk data entry
- Managing Chamber of Commerce memberships for BRR
- Managing promotions and new initiatives (purple sheet management & internal approvals) for EPU, BRR & DHHDB
- Events and presentations coordination
- Develops, prepares, and delivers ad hoc and other reports and summaries as assigned.
- Manage and distribute all FL Wins referrals to VR
- Assist BFS Assistant Bureau Chief with all administrative functions
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position:
Knowledge of:
- laws, statutes, and regulations related to program areas
- the methods of data collection related to program performance
- basic management principles and practices
- Familiar with Adobe Captivate, Presenter, and Connect IT applications (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Publisher.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
Ability to:

- problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of program performance
