What you will do:

Review Process for Credentials

  • Document Review in the Florida Pathway:
    • Evaluate electronic documents submitted for various credential levels.
  • Credential Application Portal:
    • Review both online and paper applications.
      • Analyze, research, and verify the authenticity of submitted documents.
      • If all documents are complete, input the necessary information into the system and issue the credential.
      • For incomplete applications, send a detailed email to the applicant regarding their application status.
        • Instruct applicants to submit the missing documents and maintain communication regarding their application status.
        • Communicate with applicants via phone and email as needed.
      • Address and resolve customer complaints through phone or email.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
