Your Specific Responsibilities:

 

This is a highly professional position located within the Bureau of Preparedness and Response. This position is responsible for the maintenance and administration of the web content necessary for the Bureau to provide health-related information and situational awareness data to both our internal partners and external stakeholders.

 

 

The incumbent will hold the role of Web Manager and is responsible to maintain an Internet and Intranet web presence for the Bureau of Preparedness and Response. This responsibility includes coordinating and updating content that is relevant for meeting program objectives in accordance with DOH web standards. 

 

 

 

This position will hold the role of back-up equipment manager for the Bureau to include support during incident response

for ESF-8.

 

 

Provide technical assistance and training to Bureau staff in relation to Microsoft Office products.

 

 

 

Special Projects - Incumbent will support routine and ad hoc working groups, advisory groups, or committees necessary to implement program deliverables.

 

 

Reports to their assigned workstation within required timeframes to serve in their ESF-8 response role capacity as noted in the State ESF-8 Incident Staffing Plan.

Preferrd Qualifications:

2 or more years of web design expertise, content management experience creating, updating, and maintaining web pages

2 or more years experience working with SharePoint

2 or more years of experience working with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

2 or more years providing technical support

 

Travel Time: 1-25%
