Your Specific Responsibilities:
This is a professional position that provides quality assurance reviews of the business processes and services of the office.
Conducts quality assurance review of business processes and services provided by the different units of the office. Interpreting information and disseminating accurate information to management; evaluating processes to determine compliance with established procedures and applicable rules & statutes. Assists with preparing reports of all findings, participates in calibration sessions, recommends business process improvements, and performs other adjunct services related to the quality review process.
Independently conducts detailed quality assurance control reviews from random samplings of all business processes within the office. Monitors and records the findings of reviews, using approved rating format and reporting process. Provides rating forms and feedback to management for coaching and employee performance evaluation purposes.
Provides management consultant services and assistance to office leadership and other stakeholders, to improve management capabilities and operational procedures by conducting research, performing statistical, trend and data analysis. Uses skilled decision-making techniques in evaluating, planning, and integrating analysis of data to formulate solutions, strategies, and recommendations. Designs forms, tables, and reports. Prepares information for professional presentation. Researches, prepares and disseminates reports of a topical or statistical nature
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment required for the position. Proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; communicating effectively with others in writing; listening to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate; talking to others to effectively convey information; understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents; knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures and government rules & regulations; knowledge of basic quality assurance principles and practices; knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis; knowledge of basic management principles and practices; ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of management practices, through various data query languages and software (i.e. SQL, QLIK, Crystal Reporting); ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials; ability to conduct fact finding research; ability to utilize problem-solving techniques; ability to work independently; ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those who meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and;
- 2+ years administrative experience to include Microsoft Office, Adobe, data entry, and document preparation.
- College education can substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred candidates should possess:
- Reliable skills and abilities for attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritizing and organizing work product and function.
- Working under deadlines.
- Capable of typing, proofreading and editing for proper grammar and spelling, communication, and calendaring and setting up meetings.
