This open competitive advertisement is for a SES (Selected Exempt Service position located at Central Office in HR-Systems. 

 

As part of the HR systems team, our mission is to support and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our human resources operations. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and distribute comprehensive reports and dashboards that deliver valuable insights to both internal and external teams.
  • Drive innovation by contributing to special projects, system upgrades, and new integrations, in collaboration with the Head of HR Systems.
  • Identify key trends and support strategic decision-making through thorough analysis and reporting of HR data.
  • Deliver exceptional training and support to HR users, addressing issues promptly to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and other departments to maintain optimal performance of HR systems, monitor their functionality, and participate in testing new implementations.

  • PowerBI Experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Willing to participate in a work sample.
