HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAM SPECIALIST - 64037741

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:


A Highly responsible position within the HIV Patient Care & Treatment Access Program. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the development of reports, modules, and programmatic technological enhancements for the program’s data systems. 


Tracks requests for new reports or enhancements, including task initiation and expected due dates. 


Gathers system update requirements and reports for the program’s client and provider help desk system.

 
Coordinates user access to the program’s databases and updates user guides with new system modifications.

 
Maintains the updated list and required documents for user access to the program’s databases. 


Works closely with quality improvement metrics, resolves and answers questions about data generated through the program’s database.

 
Participates in training related to system changes and updates.

 
Facilitates monthly calls with the program’s software developers to discuss database projects. 


Assists as needed with developing evaluation reports for new program initiatives. 


Provides additional tasks as assigned by supervisor. 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing, and analyzing data. Ability to: plan and develop programs and program components, to evaluate and monitor service delivery and implement corrective action plans, to determine work priorities and ensure proper completion of work assignments, to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.


Qualifications:


Minimum-High School Diploma/GED
Preferred – AA or BS Degree
