SPECIAL NOTES:
Four (4) years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field OR an associate’s degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with two (2) years of the required experience may be used as an alternative for the years of required experience.
Additional requirements:
- Leadership experience either managing teams or leading projects.
- Experience in business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, technical design, or equivalent experience.
- Skilled in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, breaking down high-level epics into actionable user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations across departments.
- Knowledge of or skill in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in the English language.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts and how they impact product functionality and user adoption.
- Knowledge of or skill in Microsoft Dynamics.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This is a supervisory IT position that supports the Division of Consumer Services. The role manages the team's performance, provides technical direction, and ensures effective communication.
Serves as IT Software Product Manager ensuring clarity in strategic direction. Brings an expertise to lead and manage project requirements and introduces new, beneficial tools and practices. Focuses on managing the development of products to meet the needs of internal and external clients. Provides technical point of view and guidance on opportunities and risks to support clients.
