JOB SUMMARY:
This position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program’s Operational Procedures and Training unit is responsible for managing the Program’s training (OR procedures) development team. If you enjoy leading teams, developing instructional material, and problem-solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties include:
- Working cooperatively with operational and support processes to develop and implement Program training that is accurate and provides sufficient direction for team members and partners to complete child support activities accurately and timely.
- Planning, directing, and coordinating work, including developing project plans, assigning and reviewing work, and ensuring assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Assisting team members and management with identifying performance areas in need of improvement, identifying root causes of performance issues, developing performance improvement plans, and implementing those plans.
- Leading the development of operational plans in support of the Program’s strategic initiatives, strategic projects, and process projects.
- Initiating, developing, and implementing projects with the potential for program wide impact.
- Coordinating projects with operational processes, support processes, region team members, and external partners.
- Performing workflow analyses to identify, recommend, and implement changes leading to improved process efficiency.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of experience supervising or planning, directing, and coordinating team members’ work.
- Two years of experience communicating with and presenting information to various levels of internal and external partners.
- Two years of experience mentoring team members and developing their professional skills.
- Three years of experience analyzing workflows, identifying areas in need of improvement, identifying root causes, and developing, recommending, and implementing improvement plans.
- Three years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
PREFERENCES:
- One year of experience using Articulate Storyline 360 or other eLearning Authoring tool.

- This position is not telework eligible.

SALARY: $65,270.28 - $85,692.60 / annually
