JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Division of Technology and Innovation (DTI) is seeking a self-motivation, detailed oriented Operations and Management Consultant Manager to join the unit. This position reports directly to the Deputy Commissioner of DTI. This position is the direct assistant of the Deputy Commissioner, supervising an OPS position and administrative assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is the office manager for the division overseeing all day-to-day administrative functions are completed. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: planning, ensuring deadlines for met, reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner, tracking and maintaining logs, cataloging documents, personnel related documents and posting of advertisements for the division, reviewing and approving timesheets monthly; coordinating meetings, reserving conference space when necessary, onboarding new hires, workstation setup for new hires, division liaison, reviewing documents and creating and revising templates for the division as needed and other duties assigned.

Annual and Sick Leave Benefits:
Annual Leave - Employees in Selected Exempt Service (SES) positions are credited with 176 hours of annual leave upon appointment. In subsequent years, the annual allotment is credited on the anniversary date of the initial appointment.
Sick Leave - Selected Exempt Service positions shall be credited with 104 hours of sick leave upon appointment. In subsequent years, the annual allotment is credited on the anniversary date of the initial appointment.
BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:
