JOB SUMMARY:

Management and monitoring of service requests and incidents associated with batch job services. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating incoming requests, reported incidents, etc in the set up and maintenance of batch jobs. Works with business programs, developers, and operation staff to implement, monitor, and maintain production schedules and jobs using a multi-functional automated job scheduler (OpCon) and SAP. Attends regulatory meetings as a representative of Service Area and program. Communicate proficiently both verbally and written to peers, customers, and management.

 

Prepares and compiles data for a spreadsheet of the completion of production schedules and jobs in automated job scheduler, daily failures in automated job scheduler (OpCon) and requests for modification of production jobs in Cherwell by users.

 

Responsible for research of SAP systems for the data of damaged forms that are damaged in the DOR Mail Room and ensure the forms are reprinted to be mailed out timely.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Three years of Job Scheduling or Data Management
  • Three years of experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Three years of Customer Service
  • One year of Data Analysis experience

PREFERENCES:

  • SAP Experience

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is located in Tallahassee. (2450 Shumard Oak Blvd.)
  • SVT will be administered for this position and is not eligible for the Telework program.

SALARY: Tentative salary $35,261.23.
