JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing (RRP), Information Processing Unit. The incumbent provides technical assistance with documenting and resolving workflow issues in the Imaging Management System (IMS). The incumbent ensures proper efficiency of IMS by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving software, workflow, and network issues, performing mathematical and technical research, and providing conclusive recommendations based on live production and historical data sets. Additionally, the incumbent participates in the documentation and testing of new and existing systems and serves as team lead for executing updates to IMS and other project teams in RRP.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- One year of experience researching in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
- One year experience in quick modules (Deposit Monitor, Workflow, Quick Reports).
- One year experience in deposit preparation.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERENCES:
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience providing training individually or in a classroom setting.
SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,737.73 monthly/$44,852.76 annually.
