Duties and Responsibilities
This position is authorized to develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, and administer policies and procedures for the Commercial Driver License and Third-Party Testing program.  Authorized to develop and administer confidential investigative activities to enforce Chapter 322.56, Florida Statutes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Commercial Driver Licensing program.
• Knowledge of regulatory enforcement program.
• Ability to apply governmental policy and procedures to assist and monitor compliance by private businesses and other agencies.
• Skill in using a computer.
• Skill in writing reports and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience supervising others
• Work experience developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and administering policies and procedures

Job Related Requirements

• Occasional out-of-town, overnight travel for meetings and special assignments is required.
