MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of professional or nonprofessional accounting experience; or

A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration.

JOB DUTIES: 

  • Responsible for process Refund Applications. Duties to include:
    • Review refund applications for completeness of information.
    • Update REV system with refund information.
    • Set up refund to vendors in FLAIR
    • Update log sheet with refund applications.
  • Position opens daily mail from the various Revenue PO Boxes.
  • Position audits bank deposits for accuracy when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
