Minimum Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in accounting or financial management, with one (1) year of experience processing revenues, reimbursements, billing, or financial reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university may be used in lieu of one (1) year of the required experience in processing revenues, reimbursements, billing, or financial reporting.
Requirements:
Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory criminal history check (fingerprint-based) in accordance with Chapter 435, Florida Statutes.
Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for Telework.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be required to complete training and attain proficiency in the Florida PALM accounting system to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
- Prepare and record daily deposit transactions in Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR)
- Maintain and ensure documentation for all transactions are uploaded to Laserfiche document management system.
- Assist with performing daily and monthly reconciliations for Revenue transactions as needed.
- Organize and maintain source documents and deposit files in the agencies’ document management system.
- Ensure that documents are prepared for voucher submittal for Expenditure Refunds/Reimbursements.
- Run the Debit Memo report from PALM daily.
- Prepare information on Returned items and add to the delinquent account tracking list.
- Perform due diligence to collect delinquent monies.
- Monitor delinquent account activity to ensure accounts are submitted to Collections timely per F.S. 215.34 (2).
- Clearly and effectively communicate internally and externally.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of financial data collection and report preparation.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
