The Work You Will Do:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Other Personal Services (OPS) position.  This role provides website support using the agency's content management system, Sitefinity, and its ITSM system, ServiceNow.

This position requires both remote and onsite work. Preference will be given to Florida residents.

Pay:

  • $20 per hour

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Florida Commerce Content Management System.
  • Support the business units by working in and developing in the agency ITSM tool, ServiceNow.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Additional duties may include:

  • Manage multiple tasks, activities, and/or projects to ensure they are effectively tracked, follows Department documentation standards, and remains on schedule, within scope.
  • Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
  • Create flow charts and/or diagrams to illustrate steps and to describe the logical operational steps of programs and systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Qualifications:

As a condition of pre-employment eligibility, a Level 2 security background screening is required, which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state, and national law enforcement records.

  • Sitefinity Experience
  • An educational degree or certification in a closely related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the above experience requirements.
