Duties and Responsibilities

This advertisement is for temporary Other Personal Services (OPS) opportunities within the agency. The position provides operational and clerical support and includes inputting, correcting, researching, reviewing, and maintaining information, converting imaged documents to electronic formats through scanning technology, researching and responding to title document requests using manual and automated methods, performing daily filing of office documentation, providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders, preparing correspondence using Microsoft Outlook and Word, maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, and reviewing information to ensure compliance with laws and rules.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Skill in providing customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as a personal computer, multi-line telephone, scanner, printer, Xerox machine, and facsimile.
  • Skill communicating effectively verbally.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

 

Job Related Requirements

General Information

  • The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
