Position Overview and Responsibilities:

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can perform multiple duties within the State of Florida Waste Compliance Assistance Program. This is a part-time position that requires up to 29 hours per week. Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting staff in the processing of notification forms, entering new and revised information accurately and in a timely manner, verifying input, organizing and preparing notification documents for scanning into Oculus where data entry is completed, assisting program areas with processing backlog notifications and other job-related duties or projects as needed.

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skilled in usage of personal computer software (MicrosoftOffice Suite)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to learn computer software programs.
  • Ability to understand rules, policies and technical data.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to collect, enter and retrieve data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines as necessary.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

 

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
