Your Specific Responsibilities:

This is an OPS position with the Capital Consortium Information Technology Regional Office (CCITRO).

Participates in the planning, development, implementation, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365-based solutions and services. Creates and maintains documentation for solutions and services developed and supported by CCITRO and basic Microsoft 365 tools and services. Provides direct customer support for service requests and incidents related to SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365-based tools, solutions, and services.

Adheres to all Department of Health policies and procedures concerning Information Technology, including, but not limited to: equipment, software, and disposal of property.

Performs other duties as assigned.

 

*Incumbent may be required to work before, during and/or beyond normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency. Emergency duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Experience creating, working with, and customizing SharePoint components, such as web pages, lists, and libraries. Experience developing and maintaining Microsoft 365-based components and solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience with implementing, administering, and using Microsoft’s Office 365.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience with implementing identified architectural solutions primarily involving Microsoft’s Power Platform.
  • 2 years of experience developing applications with Power Platform, including both canvas and model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Demonstrate collaborating with business stakeholder to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
