JOB SUMMARY:
***This position provides Batch Monitoring for 3rd shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM), Tuesday - Saturday. ***
This is an OPS position working in the Department of Revenue's Information Services Program with the Production Control unit in Tallahassee, FL. This position monitors the nightly and weekend critical batch process for Child Support through ISP's automatic job scheduler software (OpCon). The monitoring activities include but are not limited to the identification and triage of batch job failures, processing user requests, quality assurance of printed forms, scanning, and tracking of forms.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of data processing or similar work (data handling, management, analysis) OR batch job operations experience.
- Two years of customer service experience.
PREFERENCES:
- Ability to work alternate hours.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- Position is located in Tallahassee at Huntley Park and is not eligible for telework.
- This position is required to work alternate hours, holidays, and during office closures upon request.
- This position requires some heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs.), with or without accommodation.

SALARY: $16.75 /hourly.
