Ticket to Work is a Social Security Administration (SSA) program available to Floridians. For those who qualify for social security benefits, Tickets are issued and may be utilized at Vocational Rehabilitation which offers employment and rehabilitation services necessary to secure and maintain employment.

This position is in the Ticket to Work Unit.  Employees will be responsible for records review, identifying Social Security beneficiaries and Ticket holders and registering participants under the Ticket to Work Program. Employees will support the SSA Traditional Cost Reimbursement and Employment Network Payment processes. In addition, employees will assist with other related programs such as the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) and Partnership Plus programs.

Proficient typing and numeric key entry skills 

Knowledge of methods of compiling, organizing and analyzing data

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
