The Division of Medical Quality Assurance, Background Screening Unit is seeking a qualified applicant who has experience with customer service and unit internal and external department correspondence.

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

The position would be responsible for answering phone calls and providing information to applicants/licensees, replying to general emails, document intake and processing, handling communications and documents received via fax, and processing mail.

Additionally, this position requires knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication, knowledge of correct grammar usage, the ability to work independently, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and the ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically and categorically.

Perform other related work as required.
