JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs customer and team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Responding to public records requests
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Gathering information and analyzing data to determine next steps
  • Processing final administrative actions
  • Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. 
  • Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.
  • Two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on using Microsoft Word.
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (i.e. report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal or external audience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience responding to public records or legal records requests.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is not eligible for telework.
  • No SVT will be given. An ASC matrix will be used to determine who will be interviewed.

SALARY: $17.85 / Hourly.
