JOB SUMMARY:

This is an OPS position working in the Department of Revenue's Information Services Program (ISP) with the Production Support unit in Tallahassee, FL. This position supports DOR Child Support Program by monitoring and managing a Cherwell ticketing que. Candidate will review and update batch job requests using Cherwell variants using SAP system. Duties include but are not limited to triaging batch job failures, creating user requests and quality assurance tickets for produced documents. Verify batch job processing through ISP's automatic job scheduler software (OPCon). Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with customers and users both written and verbally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • One year of data processing experience (excluding data entry) or batch job operations experience.
  • Two years of customer service.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Position is located at the CCOC Campus (2450 Shumard Oak Blvd.) in Tallahassee and is not eligible for Telework.
  • Work Hours are from (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday - Friday.

HOURLY RATE: $17.85 / Hourly.
