Your Specific Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
This is a complex position responsible for performing a variety of activities requiring specialized knowledge and skills in records management. Work is performed under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager and supports the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of personnel and organizational records.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures all documentation from HR System is accurately transferred to the official personnel and organizational management files in AxiomPro for each completed HR ticket.
• Ensures that any paper documentation received is scanned, transferred, and indexed into AxiomPro in a timely manner.
• Completes all assigned File Room tasks in HR System, including inputting required information into People First.
• Ensures employees who qualify for a public records exemption are correctly indicated in People First and submits the appropriate People First ticket promptly.
• Indexes all documents in the Input Queue each day.
• Maintains a competitive indexing time for all documents.
• Serves as backup to the front desk by answering and routing telephone calls, distributing mail, completing employment verifications, and greeting customers professionally.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
