Position Summary

This Other Personal Services (OPS) positions provides administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the operations related to client services.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Annual Status Reviews (ASR): Coordinate and execute the preparation, distribution, and tracking of ASRs to ensure timely completion. Monitor compliance with established timelines and follow-up procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ASR activities. Assist with monitoring and answering inquiries submitted to the ASR inbox.

 

IFS (Individual Family Support): Assist in the preparation and submission of IFS within the system. Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Generate and analyze reports to support regions. Track all reports and maintain records. Assist with monitoring and answering inquiries submitted to the IFS request inbox.

 

Unique Abilities Partnership Program: Assist in monitoring and coordinating program activities with partners. Respond to inquiries related to the program via email and phone. Monitor and process all partnership applications, ensuring timely decision-making.

 

Performs administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for the agency. Provide administrative support for various departmental projects and initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.

 

  • At least two (2) years of professional and verifiable experience with administrative tasks or providing support in an office environment OR a college degree can substitute for required years of experience.

Direct Deposit Program

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program.  Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.

Background Screening Requirement

It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
