JOB DUTIES:
Develop training materials such as PowerPoints, handouts, or visual materials using learning objectives to create content that is clear and engaging. Assess training needs through surveys interviews with employeees, focus groups, or SMEs. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness. Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs. Perform general office activities such as typing, answering calls, operating office machines, processing mail, scanning, printing, and putting together training material. Keep records of materials using computers and generate computerized reports. Find, retreive, and make copies of information from files in response to requests and deliver information to authorized users. Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents using correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.Deliver messages and run errands. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meeting, and record and transcribe minutes. Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
**Preferred experience:
- Excellent computer skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing skills. Experience creating training materials using learning objectives to create content that is clear and engaging.
- Experience working with people with disabilities, preferred.
