HIRING SALARY RANGE: $2,996.15 - $3,153.85/biweekly range

The Work You Will Do:
Join our Organizational Development Office (ODO) and lead a team dedicated to improving processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness. We’re looking for a collaborative and motivated leader to guide a talented team and drive impactful initiatives across the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and support a team by communicating expectations, coordinating work, providing coaching, and fostering growth.
- Oversee employee survey initiatives from design to reporting, turning insights into meaningful improvements.
- Ensure survey data is accurate, secure, and effectively communicated through reports and presentations.
- Guide the development and maintenance of procedural documents to support consistent, efficient operations.
- Support web and application updates, helping organize and share information effectively.
- Lead ODO projects from start to finish, including scope definition, planning, coordination, risk management, and evaluation of outcomes.
- Identify best practices and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position serves as the supervisor of the Organizational Development Systems unit within the Organizational Development Office (ODO).
Supervise and provide oversight of staff, spending the majority of time communicating with, motivating, training, evaluating, planning, and directing work of employees. Prioritize projects and coordinate work assignments. Provide assistance and guidance to ensure activities are completed efficiently and accurately. Develop and provide performance expectations to direct reports.
Oversee and coordinate the Department’s systems within ODO including the development of surveys and survey objectives, data collection and governance, procedural related document updates, creation and updates to websites and SharePoint sites, and projects related to ODO systems. Develop actionable insights for leadership to support continuous improvement. Review and approve policies, procedures, forms, and processes for compliance. Research, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance business operations and practices. Promote and uphold best practices for system development and updates by monitoring industry standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting all related duties and responsibilities.
Leads and manages ODO projects from initiation through completion to support projects, strategic priorities, and improve organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within resource constraints. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, conducts needs assessments, analyzes organizational data, and recommends solutions aligned with ODO processes and requirements. Monitors project progress, identifies risks, implements mitigation strategies, and communicates updates to leadership. Ensures project outcomes are evaluated for impact and sustainability, and incorporates lessons learned into future initiatives. Provides guidance and support to team members by assisting with project management tasks.
