The Work You Will Do:
Organizational Systems Analyst, Office of Administration’s Organizational Development Office. This position will administer and maintain Organizational Development Office (ODO) technology platforms.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Organizational Development Office (ODO) technology platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Manage users and user access. Monitor the integrity of each platform and maintain subject matter expertise in their functionality and purpose. Recommend and implement improvements, as necessary.
ODO technology platforms include, but are not limited to: Learning Management System, Employee Survey Platform, Procedural Document Library, ODO-administered websites, ODO-administered SharePoint sites, ODO-administered applications, forms, and workflows.
Provide customer service and technical support for all ODO technology platforms and on behalf of related ODO business practices. Develop job aids, manuals, presentations, websites, and training materials to support ODO’s mission to provide excellent customer service to its stakeholders. Collaborate with other FDOT offices and platform vendors to resolve complex challenges as they arise and share best practices.
Collect, prepare, analyze, interpret, and communicate data from a variety of sources to assist in the administration of ODO technology platforms, meet the demands of ODO stakeholders, and aid in various ODO business processes, workflows, projects, and initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Help implement and adhere to FAIR principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability for managing ODO data and metadata.
Assist with ODO’s strategic goal of fostering a data-driven culture that leverages ODO technology platforms and data to maximize professional development and employee engagement opportunities, inform various statewide ODO-administered programs, improve organizational effectiveness, drive organizational change and innovation.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- Knowledge of data management principles, database systems, data analysis and visualization.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and applications.
- Knowledge of surveying to research and gather actionable data.
- Knowledge of human resources information systems and applications.
- Knowledge of quality management, assessment, and analytical process and practices.
- Knowledge of user experience and application design and development.
- Knowledge of utilizing HTML, JSON, and SQL.
Skills in:
- Skill in researching, compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data to report findings and develop improvement solutions.
- Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written, and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Skill in maintaining accurate records and applying FAIR principles of findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability for managing ODO data and metadata.
- Skill in process development which includes designing workflows with user inputs, automation, and reporting.
- Skill in using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate); Microsoft SharePoint and Teams; Microsoft Word and Excel; and What You See Is What You Get web editors.

Minimum Qualifications:
Six years of professional work experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, computer science, or information technology. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for four years of the required work experience.
