Position Summary
This is a technical position that works within the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Office of Information Technology. This position provides Network/Server Support throughout the agency and works with the State Data Centers to ensure efficient platform operability. The incumbent of this position will be required to travel to APD locations for work purposes.
The Work You Will Do
Manage and administers the Solarwinds Service Desk Information Technology Service Management platform for Information Technology and Human Resources business units, Adobe Admin Console and the M365 platform.
Manage and administers Omnissa Airwatch Mobile Device Management platform, Apple Business Manager, Intradyn SMS Archiving Service.
Document the configuration changes to Solarwinds Service Desk Information Technology Service Management platform, Adobe Admin Console, Omnissa Airwatch Mobile Device Management platform, Apple Business Manager, Intradyn SMS Archiving Service. Prepares the Configuration Management requests as needed and presenting to Configuration Management team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required or other efficient means of transportation.
- Must have at least 1 year experience configuring and maintaining platform systems.
- Must have at least 1 year hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
- Must have at least 1 year experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.
Background Screening Requirement
It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.
