POSITION DESCRIPTION: Serves as Statewide Administrator for the Electronic Review Comment (ERC) system, an enterprise application used for various department document reviews including project phase reviews.  Responsibilities include coordination with technical development team, providing user support and customer service to department staff, consultants and partners using the system and training.


Serves as Statewide Administrator for the Project Suite Enterprise (PSEE), an application used to coordinate and manage project development activities.  Responsibilities include coordination with technical development team, providing user support and customer service to department staff, consultants and partners using the system and training.


Serves as Functional Application Coordinator for PSEE Module development and implementation through coordination with the technical application development team, provide user support and training. Responsible for keeping management informed of project activities and status. Includes coordination with OIT to schedule programing modifications to existing PSEE modules.


Serves as Project Manager on special projects when assigned, and manage schedule, budget and specific outcomes associated with the special project.  Assist Cost Center manager and other Production Support Office managers as instructed. Responsible for keeping management informed of project activities and status. Production Support Office special project support that have statewide significance.


Serves as the Office of Design Data Steward and Enterprise Data Steward.  Provide subject matter expertise to the business and Enterprise Data Stewards.  Participate in defining rules, policies, processes, and quality metrics as it relates to their role as a Data Steward.  Participate in gathering Business Intelligence tool requirements, including requirements for reporting tools.  Provide recommended implementation approaches to the Enterprise Data Steward for submission to the Data Governance Committee based on the strategic direction provided.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation (Department) plans, specifications and estimates submittal and processing procedures. Knowledge of the Department’s construction contracting process and the role of Quality Assurance in that process. Knowledge of the Department’s Local Agency Program. Knowledge of the Department’s processes as applied to planning, budgeting, and allocation of funding. Knowledge of Web Focus managed reporting environment (MRE). Knowledge of relational database structures, i.e., MsSQL Server, Oracle or DB2. Skill in the use of the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint or similar software. Skill in using SharePoint and maintaining dashboards for accessing reports by end users. Skill in developing and maintaining web reports and reports with drill-down functionality. Skill in prioritizing work assignments and handling multiple tasks. Skill in writing policy and procedural documents. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ability to interpret and understand plans, specifications, design standards and manuals. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to work effectively in teams either as a participant, facilitator, or leader. Ability to deliver effective presentations. Ability to develop and deliver training sessions in person and via GoTo Meeting format. Ability to work independently and proactively, schedule resources effectively, plan, organize, manage and prioritize multiple work assignments, manage time and meet deadlines.
