This position serves as the supervisor of educational programs in the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources career cluster as well as those in Diversified Education and the Government and Public Administration cluster.  The primary responsibility of this position is planning, implementing, and assessing educational programs in the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources career cluster as well as those in Diversified Education and the Government and Public Administration cluster.  The areas of focus include an annual assessment and evaluation of program outcomes; providing staff development and technical assistance to ensure continuous improvement of state and local educational programs in the assigned career clusters.  Additional responsibilities include serving as the State Advisor of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) student organization; managing state and federal grants; planning and coordinating statewide educational conferences, meetings, and/or workshops; providing technical assistance to local recipients to implement and carry out programs, services and activities related to Career and Technical Education; analyzing educational, demographic, and labor market data and projections for the improvement of career programs.
