JOB SUMMARY: This position performs as a team lead for the Customer Service Process and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others to improve operational processes and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Coordinating with multiple processes planning, organizing, and directing activities relating to the implementation and operation of the business process
  • Preparing reports, presentations, issues, or options papers and gathering supporting documentation
  • Identifying specific goals, objectives, and tasks targeting customer experience improvements
  • Providing technical assistance, participating in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead meetings
  • Work with others to solve problems and make decisions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Two years of experience working with the Child Support Program.
  • Two years of experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
  • Two years of experience facilitating meetings.
  • Two years of experience analyzing performance and making recommendations for process improvements.

PREFERENCES:

  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Experience functioning as a lead on complex projects or projects that involve multiple teams.

SALARY: $52,859.88 - $71,147.40.
