JOB SUMMARY:
This position serves as the business process owner in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Case and Order Establishment process. This is a highly responsible and advanced level position requiring independent judgment with little supervision. If you enjoy working with others to improve operational processes and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Coordinating with multiple processes planning, organizing, and directing activities relating to the implementation and operation of the business process
- Preparing reports, presentations, issues, or options papers and gathering supporting documentation
- Identifying specific goals, objectives, and tasks targeting customer experience improvements
- Providing technical assistance, participating in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Facilitate and lead meetings
- Work with others to solve problems and make decisions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of experience analyzing performance measures, process functions, operational plans or workflows.
- Two years of experience monitoring data and workflows.
- Two years of experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines.
- Two years of experience analyzing performance and making recommendations for process improvements.
- One year of experience providing guidance and direction on procedures.
PREFERENCES:
- One year Case Management and/or Paternity and Order Establishment process related experience.
- Two years’ experience working within a Title IV-D child support program.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position is not telework eligible.
- The applicant selection criteria (ASC) screening tool has been administratively approved. Those applicants who have met the minimum qualifications and with the greatest points accumulated via the ASC scoring, will be selected for interview.
SALARY: $52,859.88 - $71,147.28.
