JOB SUMMARY:
This is a Project Manager - Government Analyst II position located in the General Tax Administration (GTA Program), Business Technology Office (BTO), Project Management Office (PMO). As part of the PMO team, the incumbent is responsible for managing multiple large projects that support GTA's strategic plan, legislative requirements, process improvements, and system enhancements using the Project Management Institutes' methodologies and best practices. This includes managing project scope, risks, issues, and change requests, facilitation of project meetings, assisting in requirements gathering, and assisting in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) training. The incumbent must be highly organized, possess excellent team building and communication skills, have the ability to manage multiple projects, have experience in Information Technology (IT) Project Management and should be comfortable working with multiple business processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of professional experience managing information technology projects utilizing the Project Management Institutes' methodologies and best practices.
- One year professional experience managing/leading or participating in remote teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
PREFERENCES:
- Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, technology, or management from an accredited college or university.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g. Microfocus PPM, MS Project).

- This position is located in a potentially high-stress environment with multiple priorities. You would be expected to manage tasks and prioritize effectively in this environment.

SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $5,842.26 monthly/$70,107.12 annually.
