JOB SUMMARY:

This position serves as a business process owner within the Case and Order Establishment process and is responsible for supporting operational activities, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration efforts. This is a highly responsible position requiring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to exercise independent judgment with limited supervision. The selected candidate must be able to effectively manage multiple assignments, facilitate meetings and discussions, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives. Your duties would include:

  • Coordinating with multiple processes planning, organizing, and directing activities relating to the implementation and operation of the business process
  • Preparing reports, presentations, issues or options papers and gathering supporting documentation
  • Review, draft, and revise rules, regulations, policies, and procedures as it relates to the Case and Order Establishment processes
  • Identifying specific goals, objectives, and tasks targeting customer experience improvements
  • Providing technical assistance, participating in project planning and the implementation of strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate and lead meetings
  • Work with others to solve problems and make decisions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience researching, collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data
  • Two years of work experience creating and presenting process flows, reports, or recommendations for process improvements
  • Two years of work experience understanding, applying, and providing guidance on rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Two years of experience leading teams and/or coordinating projects with deadlines

PREFERENCES: 

  • Prior experience working within a Title IV-D child support program.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached.
  • This position can be located at any Department of Revenue Child Support Program service site within the state.

SALARY: $53,917.08 - $72,570.36 / annually
