Total Compensation Statement

Your Benefits are a significant part of your state compensation. The total compensation package could be anywhere from $46,256 to $56,908 annually.  The total compensation package includes annual salary, insurance, retirement, leave and holidays.

 

What Will I Be Doing?

This position is a Property Consultant in the Fixed Assets section in the Bureau of Accounting. The incumbent is responsible for processing and working with all property requests for Motorist Services (MS), Information Systems Administration (ISA) and Tax Collector Offices (TC). Duties include, assisting Motorist Services, Information Systems Administration & Tax Collector members with annual property inventory and assist the listed sections as needed, to include monitoring MS, ISA, and TC records for all location assignment codes, disposal of tagged (property tag) equipment, lost/stolen property to ensure accuracy. The incumbent will maintain accurate asset records in FLAIR and FLHSMV’s ServiceNow inventory system.

Key Skills

  • Experience with gathering and processing property information.
  • Experience with monitoring property inventory information.
  • Experience with FLAIR Asset Management.

General Information

The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
