Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- One (1) years of experience in accounting, finance, or other business-related field.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This Is a highly responsible, independent professional position in the General Services, Purchasing Section of Contract Administration. This position requires a working knowledge in the preparation of amendments, renewals, and extensions; maintaining a contract file; the financial management of contracts; payment processes and invoices; budget related activities; preparation of financial reconciliation. contract closeout; and reporting. This position ensures the Commission's compliance with contract management related State, Federal, and Commission law, rules, regulations, and policy and procedures.
- Ensure timely execution of contract documents through detailed tracking and monitoring of deadlines and actions,
- Reviews contract deliverables,
- Provides assistance in the management of contract budgets of assigned contracts.
- Provides assistance in the development and implementation of monitoring plans to provide a systematic and structured method to evaluate services and products,
- Provides assistance in contract close-out including the identification, documentation, and distribution of best practices and lessons learned,
- Provides assistance in the development of appropriate documentation within the terms and conditions of the contracts in the event conflicts and/or problems arise, including cases of poor performance or non-compliance with contractual obligations.
Provides contract management technical assistance on an ongoing basis for contract managers and other staff associated with contracts.
Assists in the development and maintenance of the FWC Contract Managers training.
Serves as the liaison between FWC contract managers and other state entities (i.e. Department of Management Services and Department of Financial Services) on contract management issues.
Enters and updates data into the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS).
Responds on behalf of the contract managers' files to ensure compliance with the contract documentation requirements consistent with Section 287.057(13), Florida Statutes.
Recommends operational policies and assists when the establishment of procedures relating to contracts. Provides assistance to contract managers for other contract-related activities.
Prepares reports and makes recommendations as necessary to correct identified deficiencies and improve operation and service delivery. Assist in the collection and analysis of data relating to key performance indicators.
Performs other duties, as required or requested.

This position has financial disclosure responsibility in accordance with Section 112.3145, F.S.
