The Paralegal, under the direct supervision of the General Counsel, will assist in serving as a resource to support the Board’s goals and objectives. Paralegal assistance shall include contract review, managing litigation documents, reducing risk to the Board, promulgating regulations, responding to records requests, and responding to constituent complaints. Responsibilities, duties, and activities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Public Records Requests and Constituent Complaints

- Knowledge or experience in the State University System or other state agencies in Florida
- Experience handling public records requests
- Experience with State of Florida record retention procedures and requirements

Hiring Range
Salary range $50,000 - $65,000, based on qualifications and experience.
