SPECIAL NOTES:
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Preferences:
- One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional environment.
- At least two (2) years of professional, full-time, clerical experience in records management, office management, public library, or administrative assistant experience.
- Ability to coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Candidates that hold any professional administrative certifications.
This position will be filled at the annual salary of $36,050.04.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.
This position requires a security background check, including fingerprint as a condition of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provides support services for the bureau, including answering and routing telephone calls, answering questions from vendors and insurance companies routed to the ACD line, and making sure equipment such as copiers and/or printers are working properly and have toner.
Orders, receives, and maintains the inventory of all supplies used by bureau personnel.
Provides administrative support for bureau functions, meetings, conferences, and other activities.
Maintains and updates contact lists and email distribution lists.
Prepares, copies, scans, and distributes routine correspondence, handouts, reports, and other materials.
Prepares travel expense vouchers for bureau employees.
Conducts monthly SunPass reconciliation of transponder tracking log to the SunPass statement/invoice. Validating transponder utilization with travel authorization request approval. Monitoring SunPass account balance and initiating replenishment as appropriate.
Performs special assignments and other duties as required.
