Our Organization and Mission:

The Division of Service Operations manages the Central Intake and Licensure unit, the one-stop shop for intake of applications and payments. The Division also oversees the Customer Contact Center (CCC), which handles all initial interaction conducted via telephone and e-mail.  This position works in the Director’s Office as a Part-Time Regulatory Specialist I (RSI).  This position works 20 hours per week.

 

The Work You Will Do:

The Regulatory Specialist I is responsible for conducting telephone surveys with external customers of the Division of Service Operations.  Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Conducting random telephone surveys with customers who have called into the DBPR Customer Contact Center, walked up to the Customer Contact window for assistance, or has submitted applications for licensure processed by the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure.
  • Documents the survey results as well as comments and recommendations for improvements daily in the survey database.  Results of the survey are used to identify and measure customer satisfaction levels and customer first contact resolution.
  • Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reports of survey results.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally & in writing. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to identify processing errors and documenting customer complaints for additional review and handling.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least one (1) year experience in the field of customer service

 

Position Notes:
