JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Administrator II - SES in the General Tax Administration Program, Taxpayer Service Process. The incumbent follows and holds employees accountable to the Department's Standards of Conduct, model’s ethical behavior and demonstrates the Department's mission, vision and values. The incumbent manages the workload and employee schedules to meet service level expectation, performs administrative tasks, conducts coaching, recognition and development of staff, monitors quality assurance, analyzes performance, and recommends process improvement.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
  • Eighteen months of managerial experience
  • Eighteen months of experience in a billing or collections process            
  • Eighteen months of experience in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook               
  • Eighteen months of experience navigating and interpreting account information using System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX)
